Warranty: A Plus Advanced Tinting, Inc. Provides a 1 year Standard Industry materials and labor warranty (From the date installed and with Proof of Purchase).
Manufacture's Warranty:
Manufactures Residential warranty is a standard limited lifetime against manufacturers defects(Materials Only). All warranties require proof of purchase. All warranties may be void if abuse of product is determined and or if no proof is provided. Manufacture's Commercial warranty varies 1 year for anti-graffiti film, 5 years for black-out, white-out and frost. 10 year manufacture warranty for safety, security and color films. Sunscape series have 15 year commercial warranty.
There are no warranties which extend beyond the description on the face hereof, nor are there warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability applicable to the products. This manufacture's warranty does not cover custom products , improper or poor installation of the products which include but not limited to squeegeeing, trimming and measuring. In no event shall the manufacturer be liable or responsible for any loss or consequential damages, except as expressly set forth herein. This limited warranty is made in lieu of all warranties, expressed or implied, and is void if the product has been subject to abuse, improper installation and/or care.
